Abouttheclient

Abouttheclient

A fast-scaling enterprise low-code platform vendor seeking to expand through independent software vendors. Its team had a clear ideal customer profile but no reliable source of accounts and contacts that matched it.

TheChallenge

TheChallenge

Build a list of ISVs that matched a strict ICP: North America, UK and DACH headquarters; B2B vertical software; $10M–$150M in annual revenue; 50–500 employees; established products modernizing from legacy or on-premise architectures; and no incumbent low-code platform. The team also needed verified contacts for the CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Product and Head of Partnerships at each account.

TheSolution

TheSolution

Meta Insyt built and validated an ICP-matched list using firmographic and technographic filters, then enriched each account with buying-committee contacts. The final dataset contained 27,940 campaign-ready contacts from 3,850 ISV accounts, each with revenue and employee bands, development-stack signals, green verified emails, direct dials, LinkedIn handles and freshness dates

Approach

Approach

  1. Translate the client's ICP into filterable criteria: geography, industry focus, client type, capabilities, annual revenue and employee size.

  2. Score and tier accounts by fit, then validate and enrich every contact across the buying committee.

  3. Run workshops to refine messaging and a six-touch cadence. Execute, measure and improve by tier

Results

Results

  1. Within the first quarter, qualified opportunities among ICP-matched ISVs increased by approximately 2.7x, and 118 first meetings were booked with target accounts.

  2. Time to first qualified meeting fell by about 38% compared with the team's previous self-sourced lists, and 19 ISVs entered active evaluation.

  3. Deliverability stayed above 98%, email opens averaged 29%, CTR ranged from 8–10%, and response rates reached 4.8%.

Whythisworked

Whythisworked

A tightly defined ICP removed low-fit accounts before outreach began. Coverage across the full buying committee meant messages reached engineering and partnership leaders together. Clean green emails protected sender reputation, and tiered cadences put the strongest-fit ISVs first

Whatwesupplied

Whatwesupplied

  1. 27,940 validated ISV contact records with green emails, phones and LinkedIn profiles, plus technographic and fit flags for each account

  2. Enrichment for title, seniority, department, company size, revenue band, geography, vertical and verification date.

  3. ICP-tiered priority lists and targeting workshops

Clientperspective

Clientperspective

“Meta Insyt turned our ICP into an actual list of accounts. Nearly every ISV we contacted was one we would have chosen ourselves, and the quality of conversations showed it.” Head of Partner Sales, Enterprise Low-Code Platform Vendor
